Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and implement our daily, weekly and monthly operational playbook and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing jobs, improving operational systems, and ensuring that our goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to optimize inventory management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of home restoration experience
- WRT or IICRC certification
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
