We are seeking a reliable and skilled part time HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC duct systems to ensure optimal air quality and system efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC ductwork using specialized equipment and tools.

- Inspect duct systems for damage, mold, and debris, and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance.

- Utilize high-powered vacuums and air whips to remove dust, allergens, and contaminants from ducts.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all cleaning processes.

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and address any concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including before and after photos of duct conditions.

- Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems when needed.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to duct cleaning.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is a plus.

- Previous experience in duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance preferred.

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, air quality, and ventilation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

- Comfort with working in confined spaces and at heights.

- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
