Technician Job Summary

Assist in gaining and retaining client’s by fulfilling the company’s mission through the timely and exceptional delivery of residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services.

Compensation

Based on hourly pay, plus commission and bonuses for offering and providing exceptional service and additional value-add opportunities to our clients. Great earning potential!

Technician Responsibilities

Effectively perform Restoration services and Carpet & Floor Cleaning the company offers
Ability to be on-call for emergency services
Participate in the company’s sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-add products and services
Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
Communicate effectively with client’s
Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
Inspect completed work.
Complete work orders and daily logs.
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
Learn and master the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
Hold self and others accountable to maintaining the company’s standards of excellence

Technician Qualifications and Experience

Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
Valid Driver’s License with clean record
Must pass background check and drug test
Minimum 1 year of restoration and/or floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Commercial Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
Highly Desired Certifications from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- Water Restoration Technician (WRT) *preferred, but not required
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred, but not required
