What You’ll Do
As the Lead Water Damage & Carpet Cleaning Technician, you’ll take ownership of job sites, ensure high-quality results, and set the standard for customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide team members while managing the delivery of our core services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading and executing water damage mitigation and carpet cleaning projects
Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining restoration equipment
Overseeing project timelines, documentation, and team productivity
Communicating clearly with customers and resolving on-site concerns
Training and mentoring new technicians to uphold company standards
Performing quality control checks on all completed work
Keeping vehicles stocked, equipment clean, and tools in excellent condition
Completing job logs and reports accurately and on time

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of experience in water mitigation, carpet cleaning, or related services
Industry certifications preferred (IICRC certifications a plus)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Basic math and computer skills for tracking and reporting
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
