Seeking individual with experience creating estimates for water mitigation, mold and fire loss jobs. Ideally experienced individual can also help mentor young technicians to assist with managing clients, jobs and equipment to a high standard.

Basic skills and tasks listed here are core to the position within the company: (1) Serve as lead estimator and salesman on job site (2) Overseeing project management requirements for secured jobs (3) Overseeing training for all new and existing hires (4) Job documentation (5) Ensuring high quality standards for each job.
