About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading restoration and construction projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective project completion while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and oversee restoration projects from initial assessment to final completion
🔹 Ensure projects meet or exceed profitability targets
🔹 Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
🔹 Develop project estimates, obtain contracts, and coordinate materials and resources
🔹 Supervise field teams and ensure efficient job execution
🔹 Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry standards
🔹 Track job progress, equipment use, and labor costs
🔹 Conduct property inspections and communicate effectively with stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3-5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects
✔ Strong knowledge of building construction, remodeling, or mitigation processes
✔ Proven leadership in supervising teams and delivering successful project outcomes
✔ Experience with job costing, financial reporting, and budget management
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software (Xactimate is a plus!)
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
✔ High school diploma/GED required; degree in construction management or business preferred
✔ Driver's License (Preferred)
