Outside Sales Representative – Restoration and Carpet Cleaning Industry .
The franchise territory is 35 miles surrounding the Davenport, FL area.

Apply ONLY If You Have Reasonable Experience in the Following:
· Proven outside sales experience in restoration, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning or a related industry.
· Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
· Expertise in damage assessment and providing accurate restoration estimates.
· Familiarity with insurance adjusters and the claims process.
· Proficiency in Xactimate, CRM software (we use Workiz), and Microsoft Office.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Mold/Water Damage certifications (IICRC AMRT or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Achieve $50K in sales within the first 90 days.
· Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
· Conduct site inspections and present tailored proposals.
· Close sales and negotiate contracts.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
