About the Role:

Join Voda Cleaning & Restoration of West Austin as a Project Manager - Renovation/Reconstruction, where you'll lead exciting renovation/reconstruction projects in the vibrant Austin area. Be a crucial part of our dynamic team, driving quality and efficiency in every restoration endeavor.

Responsibilities:

Oversee renovation and reconstruction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project success.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders regularly.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
Implement best practices for project management and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management within the renovation or construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
