Voda Cleaning & Restoration of South Kansas City is looking for a Crew Chief to lead restoration and cleaning projects across the Kansas City metro. If you've got experience in restoration, cleaning, construction, mitigation, or property services and you're ready to step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership position with steady year-round work, paid training, real advancement opportunities, and a team that has your back.
What You'll Do
- Lead crews on water, mold, fire, and cleaning jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
- Handle job documentation and equipment tracking
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services as needed
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
- Help keep company equipment and job sites organized
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in restoration, cleaning, mitigation, construction, or a related field preferred
- A leadership mindset and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with mobile apps and basic technology
- High school diploma or GED
- IICRC certifications a plus (WRT, AMRT, CCT, etc.)
