Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cleaning and restoration industry.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and/or restoration industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
