We are only looking for ambitious, hungry, resilient reps to join our team! Sales is a gift, and as a Business Development Representative you will be directly responsible for generating new business. Must be able to handle rejection professionally. Adapt and overcome!
Business Development Representative duties and responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with high level clients to achieve goals
- Reaching out to leads through outbound calling and social media
- Maintaining and growing existing leads
- Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Preparing commercial pricing documents
- Providing prompt responses to all customers
- Promoting the company products and services
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience (unless you are truly hungry and have the ability to close)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to deliver results
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
